PIADINI

The classic rustic Italian flatbread sandwich called Piadini, originally from the Emilia Romagna region, and (we like to think) perfected here at Boboli. We use our fresh pizza dough to create the flatbread, cut it in half and fill it with some mouth watering goodies. Served with either a bowl of chips or a tomato salad, they really do hit the spot. Once tried, sandwiches will never be the same again.
